The test gives a rough estimate and not a substitute for examination by a doctor! To increase the accuracy of the test, it is necessary to measure the heart rate at rest for about 5 days in the morning 15 minutes after wake up and use the arithmetic mean. The test is relevant for people aged 7 to 90 years, the rest should get exercise only under medical supervision.
